A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and an experienced professional and entrepreneur, Mr. Sanjay Kumar has gained valuable exposure through his professional association with leading multinational organizations including Siemens, GE, and Philips.
His experience in technology, corporate environments, management, and entrepreneurship has shaped his approach towards education. He believes that today’s students need more than academic knowledge—they need practical skills, confidence, adaptability, creativity, discipline, and real-world understanding.
Under his leadership, Thward International School is moving towards an educational model that combines strong academics with practical learning, technology, physical development, creativity, and life skills. His vision is to strengthen the foundation created by Dr. R. K. Maheshwari and transform Thward International School into an institution where students are encouraged to learn, explore, question, create, and grow.
Mrs. Prabha Sharma is a dedicated educationist and an accomplished school leader who brings together academic knowledge, compassionate leadership, strong management skills, and a deep commitment to the overall development of children.
With a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree and a Master’s degree in Science, Mrs. Sharma possesses a strong academic foundation and a sound understanding of teaching and learning. As the Principal of Thward International School, she plays a central role in creating an environment where students, teachers, and parents feel valued, supported, and connected with the school’s vision.
She places strong emphasis on teacher engagement, professional development, and teamwork. Her approach is rooted in cooperation, encouraging teachers to bring creativity into their classrooms.
For Mrs. Sharma, every child is different. She believes education should provide children with opportunities to think independently, communicate confidently, and discover their individual strengths.
She believes in maintaining open, respectful, and constructive communication with parents, creating a partnership in which school and family work together toward the growth and well-being of every child.
