1. Procedure to Apply for a Transfer Certificate

Follow these steps if you wish to withdraw your child and apply for an official TC.

A
Written Application

Submit a formal written application signed by parents or legal guardian at the school administrative office.

B
Dues Clearance

Obtain a clearance certificate confirming no pending dues towards tuition, transport, library, or labs.

C
Processing Time

TC is processed and issued within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receiving formal clearance.

2. Rules Regarding Transfer Certificates

  • As per CBSE norms, a Transfer Certificate cannot be issued until all school dues are cleared in full.
  • For students leaving after completing an academic session, applications should ideally be submitted by March 31st.
  • Duplicate TCs are generally not issued unless an official FIR copy and affidavit proving loss of original are provided.
  • All TCs issued by Thward International School are digitally verified and compliant with national educational board standards.
